Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process to maximize student outcomes
