What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Lead engaging therapy sessions to promote speech and language development
- Diligently record and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Work hand-in-hand with teachers, counselors, and other professionals for holistic support
- Empower and involve families throughout the therapeutic process
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Proven capacity to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
