What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions to promote speech and language development
  • Diligently record and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Work hand-in-hand with teachers, counselors, and other professionals for holistic support
  • Empower and involve families throughout the therapeutic process

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Proven capacity to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
