Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly assess students identified with speech and language impairments
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, anchored in each student’s unique needs
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions that target individualized communication goals
  • Maintain detailed, ongoing progress documentation in compliance with district guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and administrators—to ensure coordinated student care
  • Partner with families, providing guidance and resources to actively involve them in therapy

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to balance independent work with collaborative team involvement
