Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Ability to collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous school-based experience (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for K-12 students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in accordance with district and state requirements
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services in individual and group settings
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting students’ communication and social development
