Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services to students in a school setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders across a flexible caseload and a variety of grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with local and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other school-based team activities as needed
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the student population and demonstrate flexibility in caseload assignments

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active State Speech-Language Pathology license and current Educator Certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Documented school-based experience as an SLP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to seamlessly adapt to different age groups and caseload requirements
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and positive learning environment
