This full-time position seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) to support K-12 students, with a primary focus on an elementary caseload. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLPs)
  • Active state licensure for SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Previous work with elementary-age children is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in K-12, primarily elementary
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Engage in data collection, progress monitoring, and timely reporting
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and families for student success
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
