Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license or eligibility
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Comfort with assessments, group and individual therapy, and developing IEPs
  • Ability to adapt to various grade levels and diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across multiple grade levels
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with school teams and family members
  • Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates as needed
  • Support staff and educators with strategies for improved classroom communication
  • Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
