Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Experience working with school-age children (K-12) is valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements for school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
  • Engage with teachers and families to support carryover of strategies in the classroom and at home
  • Monitor student progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide input and recommendations to enhance student communication across educational environments
