Make an immediate impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based contract role. Full-time positions are available for two distinct caseloads, allowing you to leverage your passion with specialized student populations while schools complete their long-term hiring.

Available roles include:

  • Elementary position with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) students.
  • High school assignment supporting learners with Intellectual Disabilities.

Both positions operate Monday through Friday during the school year, with hours determined by site needs. These contracts will extend until permanent staff are hired, giving you the chance to build strong connections and provide critical support.

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid New York State licensure or eligibility
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseload needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress tracking, and compliance
  • Empower students to achieve academic, communication, and social goals
