Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and communication development as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This onsite role focuses on delivering quality therapy services within a supportive school environment, three days per week. You’ll serve a middle school caseload, with the possibility of shifting to a high school group if needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work successfully in multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and full assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, parents, and other staff
  • Provide direct therapy services—both individual and group session formats—three days each week
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on student progress and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing collaboration with educators and support staff
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families on strategies to support communication success and social development
