Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- SLP - CCC certification required
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working within elementary school settings
- Hold (or be eligible for) relevant state licensure
- Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs and therapeutic treatment plans
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized intervention plans and measurable goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy in alignment with IEPs
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
