Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• SLP-CCC certification with 2-3 years of experience post-ASHA certification required
• Candidates with CFY and SLPA experience in school settings welcome
• Strong understanding of educational needs, IEP processes, and special education guidelines
• Ability and willingness to supervise and mentor SLPAs, including treatment oversight and progress reporting
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and supporting a range of communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students (full-time in person)
• Supervise SLPAs: Review treatment plans, data, and progress reports
• Conduct special education eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluations)
• Attend and participate in all IEP meetings, presenting data and making recommendations
• Write and update IEPs for students on assigned caseloads
• Maintain flexibility as caseloads fluctuate with enrollment and student needs
