Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric, educational, and healthcare settings highly valued
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt services to a range of elementary to high school student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy for a varied K-12 caseload
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related specialists
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy approaches as needed
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute to progress reviews
- Provide consultation, resources, and support to parents and teachers to enhance student outcomes
