  • Prior experience with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods for students with diverse needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support holistic student development
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both one-on-one and in groups
  • Maintain timely and accurate progress reports, documentation, and compliance records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to student success strategies
