Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY applicants considered
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work independently

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to students
  • Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) focusing on students’ unique needs
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom strategies and student accommodations
  • Support students through direct therapy sessions, both individual and group formats
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development activities
