Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY applicants considered
- Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work independently
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to students
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) focusing on students’ unique needs
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom strategies and student accommodations
- Support students through direct therapy sessions, both individual and group formats
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development activities
