What You'll Bring:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (or eligibility preferred)
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Create and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language needs
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting interventions as needed
