Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Virginia SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcomed
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide therapy and complete documentation efficiently within a 7-hour school day
• Dedicated to creating inclusive and accessible learning environments for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop IEP goals and deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions

• Maintain timely records and contribute actively to eligibility meetings and annual reviews
