Step into an impactful contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services within dynamic school settings for the upcoming academic year. You'll play a key role in supporting students’ communication skills and helping them succeed throughout the school day. This position offers a consistent full-time schedule and the chance to work in several vibrant communities across Prince William County, including Dale City, Dumfries, and Woodbridge.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia SLP license (required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Previous experience providing speech therapy in schools is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Skilled at conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Commitment to an onsite presence in assigned locations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged students, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed

Position Offers:

  • Full-time, school-based schedule: 35 hours per week, seven hours per day, aligned with the academic calendar (August 17, 2026 through June 12, 2027)
