Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP implementation and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt services for diverse student needs across K-12 grades

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy for students on your caseload
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff
  • Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and compliance with special education requirements
  • Offer support and education to families regarding speech-language development
  • Engage in school-wide initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team
