Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Comfort with both direct and indirect services
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings is advantageous, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy for students at the elementary level, with some involvement in middle or high schools
- Offer a mix of direct and indirect services to meet individualized student needs
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Work onsite in close partnership with teachers, support staff, and families
- Utilize a variety of approaches and resources, including technology where appropriate
