Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Faribault, MN

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Comfort with both direct and indirect services
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings is advantageous, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy for students at the elementary level, with some involvement in middle or high schools
• Offer a mix of direct and indirect services to meet individualized student needs
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
• Work onsite in close partnership with teachers, support staff, and families
• Utilize a variety of approaches and resources, including technology where appropriate
