Speech Language Pathologist in Farmington, MI

What We're Looking For:

• Valid SLP licensure in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in school-based settings, specifically with elementary age groups, is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping students achieve communication and academic success

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy sessions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote the best outcomes for each child
• Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
