Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current valid SLP license in Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience delivering speech-language services in schools or early childhood settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Dedication to evidence-based, compassionate clinical practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to early childhood students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other education professionals
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to district guidelines
- Provide strategies and resources to support students’ communication growth within classroom routines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
