Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) permitted
- Proven experience in pediatric SLP settings, preferably in schools
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 35 students
- Experience with IEP systems; willingness to use Sapphire
- Familiarity with school-based Medicaid billing processes
- Teletherapy experience is valued; up to one hybrid workday per week via Zoom
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and evaluation services for speech/language impairments
- Maintain thorough documentation and complete all required reports in the district’s IEP system
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Manage a caseload primarily in K-6, but with potential across K-12 as needed
- Serve students at multiple sites: three elementary schools (K-4), an intermediate school (5-6), a middle school, a high school, and out-of-district placements in the region
