Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making an impact within several elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school campuses, as well as select out-of-district placements. You’ll contribute as part of a team of three SLPs, serving approximately 35 students each, predominantly in kindergarten through sixth grade.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist certification (CCC, CFY considered if eligible for MA billing)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience required, particularly for Medicaid billing
  • Proficiency in teletherapy services (up to 1 remote day/week via Zoom)
  • Strong background in pediatric and healthcare SLP services
  • Familiarity with IEP processes; comfort working within digital IEP platforms such as Sapphire

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct speech-language intervention for students across assigned sites
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Accurately document services and progress in the school’s electronic IEP system
  • Support district-wide initiatives related to speech-language services
  • Work on school campuses Monday through Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
