Step into a vital role supporting students’ speech and language development in a well-established Pennsylvania school setting for the 2026-2027 or 2027-2028 academic year. This contract opportunity offers a collaborative environment across multiple elementary, intermediate, and secondary schools, serving a diverse K-12 student population with a primary focus on K-6. With a typical caseload of approximately 35 students per SLP and a consistent 35-hour workweek from 7:30am to 3:30pm, weekdays align to the school calendar.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Pennsylvania speech-language pathology certification (SLP) required
  • Experience in schools or pediatric settings is essential, including service delivery models for K-12 students
  • Ability to bill Medical Assistance (MA) is required
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms, for up to one day per week remote service
  • Familiarity with SLP roles in IEP meetings, reporting, and interventions
  • SLP-CFY candidates considered if licensure and billing requirements are met

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy and perform student evaluations
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using provided technology and Sapphire system
  • Serve schools ranging from elementary (K-4), intermediate (5-6), middle (7-8), to high school (9-12), including students placed throughout York County
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
  • Participate in regular school-based meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with district and state standards
