Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current PA Speech-Language Pathology license (Certification required)
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), teletherapy, and school-based SLP experience welcome
  • Eligible to bill Medical Assistance (required)
  • Background in pediatric and K-12 populations preferred
  • Comfortable with Sapphire IEP system (training provided)
  • Open to hybrid schedule (up to 1 day/week via Zoom)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver SLP services (assessments, therapy, progress monitoring) for approximately 35 students per SLP
  • Serve primarily K-6 students across three elementary schools, one intermediate, one middle, and one high school
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and ancillary staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings; complete all documentation using provided laptop
  • Rotate between in-building and occasional out-of-district placements within York County
