You’ll work a full-time, school-based schedule (7:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday), primarily with K-6 students. There’s opportunity for a hybrid schedule, with one day per week available for teletherapy via Zoom. Enjoy professional growth as you learn new educational and healthcare systems while making a meaningful impact across several elementary, intermediate, middle, and high schools. School-provided laptops and access to the Sapphire IEP system will make documentation and remote work efficient.
Qualifications:
- PA Speech-Language Pathologist certification required
- Experience necessary for medical assistance billing
- SLP experience in healthcare, pediatrics, schools, or teletherapy settings
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility
- Comfort treating K-12 populations, with most caseload in K-6
- Willingness to work across multiple school sites in York County
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations & develop treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions for a caseload of approximately 35 students per SLP
- Document progress using the Sapphire IEP system
- Collaborate with school staff and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt to multiple school environments and occasional out-of-district placements
