Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • SLP-CCC credential required
  • Eligibility for Mississippi SLP licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous K-12 experience preferred, but not required
  • Solid communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to a caseload of 60-70 K-12 students across two school sites
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop/implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Engage and consult with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators for holistic student support
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Participate in school meetings, trainings, and parent conferences
