Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified School-Based SLP with active GA teaching certification
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or teletherapy environments
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing documentation and requirements
- Eligibility for or possession of the SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY status
- Skilled in conducting therapy, preparing reports, and participating in IEP meetings
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate actively in team meetings, collaborate with educators and parents, and contribute to IEP development
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including Medicaid billing requirements
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to support positive outcomes
This full-time position offers a stable weekly schedule—five days a week, 40 hours—where your expertise will be valued and your growth encouraged.
