What you bring:

  • Current certification and licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Previous experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school
  • Ability to work one-on-one and adapt strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Strong assessment, intervention planning, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit, comfortable working with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Dedication to maintaining compliance with school and state regulations

Your impact and responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in a variety of grade levels
  • Conduct assessments and interpret results to develop customized intervention plans
  • Engage in one-on-one and group therapy with students, adjusting approaches as needed
  • Consult and collaborate with school professionals and families to coordinate care
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development initiatives
