Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children, including elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Skilled in providing both group and individualized 1:1 speech therapy sessions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in small groups and 1:1 settings across a diverse caseload
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with school personnel and families to create supportive learning environments
• Implement evidence-based practices to address a range of speech and language needs
• Assist with screenings, evaluations, and prevention activities as needed
