Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certified to work within a school setting
- Experience with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Comfortable providing services in 1:1 and group settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and a collaborative mindset
Duties:
- Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop effective treatment plans aligned with student-specific IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students of diverse ages and abilities
- Work 1:1 with students to target individualized speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interventions across the school day
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required by the school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
