This contract opportunity involves working closely with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, including dedicated 1:1 support when needed. Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license issued by the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
  • Previous experience in educational settings is preferred
  • Comfortable supporting a mixed caseload ranging from elementary to high school
  • Ability to effectively deliver both group and 1:1 interventions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s specific goals
  • Track, document, and evaluate student progress, regularly updating teachers and families
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to foster positive, effective communication strategies
  • Engage in IEP meetings, providing insights and updates on student development
  • Adapt and differentiate materials and therapy activities for various age groups and communication levels
