You’ll work directly with students—including 1:1 sessions—using your expertise to help them thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certified to work within a school setting
  • Experience with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Comfortable providing services in 1:1 and group settings
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fostering student growth and a collaborative mindset

Duties:

  • Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and develop effective treatment plans aligned with student-specific IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy to students of diverse ages and abilities
  • Work 1:1 with students to target individualized speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interventions across the school day
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required by the school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
