Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active state certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-aged children at the elementary, middle, and high school levels preferred
  • Background in delivering both group and 1:1 speech/language services
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' speech and language abilities using standardized tools and clinical observation
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Deliver direct therapy to students through group and individualized sessions
  • Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, attendance, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and staff conferences as needed
