Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children at the elementary, middle, and high school levels preferred
- Background in delivering both group and 1:1 speech/language services
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech and language abilities using standardized tools and clinical observation
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students through group and individualized sessions
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, attendance, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff conferences as needed
