1:1 Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist - Fayetteville, North Carolina

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
• SLP certification required
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Ability to manage and tailor sessions for both groups and individual (1:1) students
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned students
• Deliver effective therapy sessions for a diverse caseload, including 1:1 intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate updates to school staff and parents
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student goals
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to help shape and monitor educational plans
