1:1 Middle School Speech Language Pathologist in Fayetteville, NC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certified in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Background in 1:1 student support and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students across multiple school levels
• Deliver direct and consultative services, including both group and 1:1 sessions
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication goals within classroom contexts
