Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Current or pending NC SLP license (will consider candidates obtaining licensure by summer)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to motivated travel SLPs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language services to a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple schools
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary educational teams, parents, and administrators
- Provide both onsite and vocation (virtual/remote) therapy services based on school needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
