Elementary School Speech Pathologist (SLP) Job - Fayettevile, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) to join a supportive school district team in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania. This full-time, school-based position will support students across two elementary schools.

Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct speech evaluations, assessments, and IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IDEA and school guidelines
• Support student communication, articulation, language, and social skills development

Position Overview
• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
• Manageable caseload across 2 elementary schools
• Join a collaborative team with 9 experienced SLPs
• Leadership support from a Director who is also a licensed SLP
• Welcoming environment for Clinical Fellows (CFY supervision provided)

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP License (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CF candidates encouraged to apply
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
