Essential Qualifications:

  • ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) is required

  • Valid state licensure in Washington (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Comfort working exclusively on-site with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of communication disorders
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and partner with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to support student success
