A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a school setting located in Belfair, Washington, serving an early childhood caseload. This position requires on-site presence and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for early childhood students.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to support student progress.
  • Providing direct therapy services to children with varied communication needs.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold ASHA certification (SLP-CCC).
  • Previous experience working in an early childhood school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development in young children.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.

Location:

  • Position based in Belfair, Washington.
  • On-site employment required.
