We are seeking several dedicated and passionate SLPs for in-person positions, serving school communities in the greater Federal Way and Spanaway areas. You’ll work as part of a supportive educational team, providing therapy and intervention services tailored to individual student needs. With multiple full-time openings available, you can collaborate with peers, engage with diverse student populations, and have an immediate impact.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to working on-site in area schools (remote/virtual work not available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the education team
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Communicate progress with students, staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student supports
