This role is designed for master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking impactful, on-site work—virtual SLPs and SLPAs are not being considered for these positions.
With multiple openings available due to a district-wide shift from virtual to in-person support, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and special education teams to help students achieve communication and learning goals within diverse classroom environments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Commitment to working fully on-site
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and/or high schools
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing a variety of speech and language disorders
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to set and monitor student goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Consult with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
