School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Federal Way, Washington

Embark on an enriching contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, working exclusively onsite. This position is based near Federal Way, WA, providing meaningful engagement with students across various grade levels and collaborating with educational teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Current or eligible WA SLP licensure, including completion of OSPI fingerprinting
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or the ability to obtain prior to the assignment start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
• Comfortable working onsite with K-12 populations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group speech-language services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services
• Engage in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
