Required Qualifications and Experience
- Current or eligible WA SLP licensure, including completion of OSPI fingerprinting
- Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or the ability to obtain prior to the assignment start
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Comfortable working onsite with K-12 populations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group speech-language services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services
- Engage in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
Position Details and Perks
- Full academic year contract: September 1, 2026 – June 23, 2027
