Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for Washington state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnostic, and direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and services rendered
  • Attend meetings as required, with flexibility for daily start and end times (8:00 a.m. start; finish around 3:30, depending on school schedules and meetings)
  • Serve students across varying age groups, taking your preferences into consideration

Assignment Details:

  • Contract spans from September 2, 2026, to June 17, 2027
  • Positions are full-time at 37.5 to 40 hours per week
  • Daily schedule may vary based on school site and meeting obligations
