Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for Washington state (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnostic, and direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and services rendered
- Attend meetings as required, with flexibility for daily start and end times (8:00 a.m. start; finish around 3:30, depending on school schedules and meetings)
- Serve students across varying age groups, taking your preferences into consideration
Assignment Details:
- Contract spans from September 2, 2026, to June 17, 2027
- Positions are full-time at 37.5 to 40 hours per week
- Daily schedule may vary based on school site and meeting obligations
