Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to pediatric and school-age populations
- Strong understanding of IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
- Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings considered a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy to students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by state and district regulations
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
