School Speech Language Pathologist - Federal Way, WA

We are seeking a skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work with an elementary-age caseload for the 2024-2027 school years. This contract role offers the flexibility to work onsite or via VOCO (teletherapy), allowing you to choose the setting that best fits your expertise and lifestyle.

Key Qualifications:

• Current WA SLP license required
• Completion of OSPI fingerprinting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Skilled in IEP development, progress monitoring, and direct therapy
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Role Highlights:

• Provide speech and language therapy for 40–50 students in a resource room setting
• Manage and implement IEPs, plus conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
• Collaborate with general/special educators, parents, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation for student progress and compliance purposes

• Onsite at an elementary campus or VOCO teletherapy option available
• Work schedule is 32.5 hours per week
• Contract assignment runs ASAP through June 23, 2027
