Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid, active Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Prior experience working in Maryland schools highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student success
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all services provided
