Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid, active Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Prior experience working in Maryland schools highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student success
• Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all services provided
