Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license (ASHA CCC required)
- Previous experience working with Maryland school systems highly preferred
- Solid background in delivering speech-language services to school-age populations
- Comfortable with both onsite and teletherapy models
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in an educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for PreK–5th grade students
- Provide approximately 60 service hours per month within elementary settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals and foster student progress
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Engage in meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development activities as required
