Make a meaningful impact in the lives of PreK-5th grade students by providing speech-language pathology services in an elementary school setting. The role is primarily onsite, though qualified candidates open to teletherapy will also be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a current and active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) license in Maryland
  • Previous experience working with Maryland schools highly preferred
  • Adept at providing individualized speech-language services to school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) formats

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students, focusing on PreK through 5th grade
  • Meet a minimum of 60 direct service hours per month
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement student IEPs
  • Administer and interpret assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, providing expertise to support student development
  • Serve as an advocate for students with diverse communication needs
