Requirements and Desired Experience:

  • Active or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Previous experience or solid understanding of therapy in pediatric or educational settings
  • Strong assessment, IEP development, and therapy skills
  • Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload and maintain accurate documentation

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students within school settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
  • Maintain comprehensive records and progress documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
