Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Active or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous experience or solid understanding of therapy in pediatric or educational settings
- Strong assessment, IEP development, and therapy skills
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload and maintain accurate documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students within school settings
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Maintain comprehensive records and progress documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
