Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language challenges
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted treatment goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Assist in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
