Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language challenges
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted treatment goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Assist in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
