Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP state license (MI)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility (CFY)
• Experience or keen interest in school-based settings and autism support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varied learning needs and work environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students (caseload of 5) in a specialized classroom
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff within an autism program
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services
• Engage in parent and team meetings as needed
