Speech Therapist in Fenton, MO

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Eligible for or possession of state licensure and ASHA certification (CFs are encouraged to apply!)
• Previous experience in school-based settings is beneficial, but not mandatory
• Comfort working with diverse student populations from kindergarten through high school
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, parents, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Deliver direct interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Lead group or individual therapy sessions within two school buildings
• Consult regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
