Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fenton, MO

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant elementary school setting near Fenton, MO. This role is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials, ready to make an immediate impact as part of a collaborative school team.

From late October through early February, you’ll partner with a full-time SLP to deliver high-quality services for students in grades K-5. With a manageable caseload and defined contract hours, you’ll have meaningful engagement with students and colleagues alike, fostering growth and communication skills in a positive school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP license with CCC certification required
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong case management and documentation abilities
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
• Commitment to engaging students and supporting their individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 6 case-managed students
• Provide direct and indirect services for 19 students with IEPs and an additional 19 intervention students (totaling 38)
• Collaborate daily with another onsite SLP and general education staff
• Attend meetings, develop and update IEPs, and maintain compliance with all documentation standards
• Utilize evidence-based therapy strategies to best support student development
• Adhere to contract time (8:35–3:35), with the expectation of arriving 15 minutes prior and staying 15 minutes after
