Key Qualifications:

• Holds current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with early childhood/elementary populations
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans
• Skilled in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and therapeutic intervention to students from PreK through 2nd grade
• Design and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique speech and language needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to support student progress and school goals
• Maintain required records and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory expectations
• Participate actively in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication strategies and support
