Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with early elementary or PreK populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized therapy plans
- Passion for fostering communication and supporting student growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a caseload of PreK–2nd grade students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and support inclusive learning environments
- Monitor and report on student goals and outcomes throughout the school year
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
