26/27 School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ferris, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload serving students from Early Childhood (EC) through 2nd grade.

Position Details

• Full-time, school-based position
• School year assignment: July 27, 2026 – May 25, 2027
• Work hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Caseload: Early Childhood through 2nd Grade
• Manageable caseload size
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• School-based experience preferred

Requirements

• Must be fully credentialled 
• Must be fully licensed and eligible to work in Texas schools
