We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ferris, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload serving students from Early Childhood (EC) through 2nd grade.
Position Details
- Full-time, school-based position
- School year assignment: July 27, 2026 – May 25, 2027
- Work hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Caseload: Early Childhood through 2nd Grade
- Manageable caseload size
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based experience preferred
Requirements
- Must be fully credentialled
- Must be fully licensed and eligible to work in Texas schools
