Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Experience providing therapy within school settings is highly valued
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ IEPs or 504 plans
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions (individual and group)
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to student success planning
