A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role is available for the 2025-2026 academic year, working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade in an elementary and middle school setting. This fully on-site position is based in Fishers, IN, supporting a diverse school population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students, adapting methods to meet varied needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
  • State teaching certificate
  • State fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience or interest in school-based pediatric speech therapy
  • Skills in teletherapy and healthcare SLP practices are a plus
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not required
