Preferred candidates bring experience in school-based settings and are passionate about working in pediatric environments. Those with expertise in teletherapy or seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision are also encouraged to apply.
What we’re looking for:
- Current SLP licensure valid in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for CFY
- Background working with pediatric populations
- Expertise with speech-language therapy in a school or healthcare setting preferred
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student outcomes in accordance with school or district policies
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal planning
- Providing onsite services (teletherapy may be considered based on needs)
- Offering guidance and support to students, families, and educational staff
