Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid SLP license (Indiana) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Open to SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Comfort and skill in collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite in accordance with educational and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy goals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with parents/guardians
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
