Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fishers, Indiana

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Prior experience in schools, pediatric settings, or teletherapy (highly valued)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Commitment to onsite services throughout the full school year

Primary Duties:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy in one-on-one and small group settings
• Document progress and update records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
