Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Valid SLP license (Indiana) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Open to SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Comfort and skill in collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for elementary school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services onsite in accordance with educational and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with parents/guardians
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
