Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Prior experience in schools, pediatric settings, or teletherapy (highly valued)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and educational staff
- Commitment to onsite services throughout the full school year
Primary Duties:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy in one-on-one and small group settings
- Document progress and update records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
