You'll focus on an elementary caseload, providing speech and language services four days a week. Your clinical expertise will nurture communication skills, ensuring every student receives individualized attention and meaningful support.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current state license for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates—supervision available
- Experience with pediatric and/or elementary school populations preferred
- Working knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, fellow clinicians, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop interventions tailored to each child’s unique requirements
- Create and implement IEP goals in partnership with educational teams
- Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Engage actively with educators and parents for optimal student outcomes
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
