Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fishers, Indiana

You'll focus on an elementary caseload, providing speech and language services four days a week. Your clinical expertise will nurture communication skills, ensuring every student receives individualized attention and meaningful support.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current state license for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates—supervision available
• Experience with pediatric and/or elementary school populations preferred
• Working knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, fellow clinicians, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop interventions tailored to each child’s unique requirements
• Create and implement IEP goals in partnership with educational teams
• Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Engage actively with educators and parents for optimal student outcomes
• Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
