Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Fishers, Indiana

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary caseloads within a school setting
• Familiarity with assessments, IEP documentation, and providing both direct and consultative SLP services
• Collaborative and creative approach to partnering with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare background are encouraged to apply

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and individualized therapy for students with communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to student strengths and challenges
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom engagement and participation
• Document student progress, maintain required records, and communicate regularly with families
• Participate in IEP meetings and in-service training throughout the school year

Position Details:

• Full-time position (4 days/week)
• Elementary school caseload with students requiring a range of speech and language support
